Nicholas West
Nicholas has a degree in Finance from the University of Western, Ontario. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he spent over a decade in the financial industry in tax, consulting and in brokering mortgages. His financial background, knowledge and experience are tremendous assets to the West Group and his active Mortgage Agent status is invaluable to the team and to his Real Estate clients. Nicholas specializes in Pre-Construction sales for both the end-user and the investor and, for many projects, is able to provide his clients with first access to builder inventory at introductory prices.
